Financial Aid Information

The minimum stipend for admitted Ph.D. students is $27,000 in addition to tuition support. There are additional supplements that may be added to this stipend dependent on appointment as a teaching or research assistant. These additional stipends may come from, among other sources, Grinter Fellowships or GSPA Fellowships (described below).

There are additional stipend incentives offered by the College of Pharmacy for those with a Pharm.D. degree from a U.S.-based institution through participation as a teaching assistant in clinical skills labs. For those with a Pharm.D., stipends are typically ≥$40,000.

Departmental support is usually guaranteed for four years of funding and may be extended for a fifth year. The POP residential MS program is completely self-funded (self-paid) by the student including tuition, fees, and living expenses.
